  I am a new customer and so far I am very happy, I have switched to their glass bottles after doing a trial with plastic. Very pleased with the quality of the milk and the customer service, there was a bit of a mix up with my first delivery but they sorted it out very quickly. I am happy to use less plastic and to get a better quality product than what you get in the supermarket, yes it's a bit more expensive but it's definitely worth it.

  I tried McQueens after a knock at my door one evening, the guy said he was from McQueens dairies, a small local family business, and they were starting a delivery service around my area. He said it would be 49pence per pint for a months trial, but that price would stay the same after the trial, if I signed up there and then. I'd been thinking about getting my milk delivered for a while so thought I would give it a go. I ordered 2 PINTS for Monday, 2 PINTS for Thursday.
  The first Monday morning I stepped outside to see a 2 LITRE bottle on my doorstep. I was then bombarded with phone calls every day asking if I wanted to set up a direct debit?! After checking out there website, which was absolutely useless, and gave no information at all, ( apart from the fact that they are actually a nationwide company with dairy farms all over the place ), I decided to cancel my delivery for the Thursday, but then I had to call them to cancel completely, as I couldn't do it on there website. I couldn't call them until I had time off work however, so I received another delivery the following Monday, then called when their lines opened at 8am. I was on hold for 15 minutes even at that time. I was told I owed £3.98 for 4 litres of milk. Almost double what you pay in a supermarket. When they asked me why I was cancelling I explained it was because I thought I was helping out a small family business which they obviously weren't. The girl then rapidly explained something to me about how they put money back into local farms, but she spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her. She was obviously used to saying it and probably had it inprinted on her mind! I simply asked her to make sure that future deliveries were cancelled and hung up. Awful company, very misleading, terrible website, no working email address either which I think says a lot, and their milk is an absolute rip off! Avoid!
